Ecommerce startups deal with a mix bag of user types. From those completely oblivious to your business and brand all the way up to hardcore evangelists who talk about everything you do. Startup teams must design engagement strategies that focus on each type of customer – and allocate budget according to where they need to push harder.
Following graphic are some of my ideas for each type of user: oblivious, aware, curious, convert and evangelist.
