Main responsibilities:

  • Client servicing – led the digital team in identifying client’s objectives, building strategies, managing production and executing digital campaigns and developing apps.  Managed a portfolio of $1 million a year in digital business.
  • Digital project management – Led projects including: web development, social media management, search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine
    marketing (SEM).
  • Supplier management – developed a pool of reliable digital suppliers to increase capacity and the team’s service offering.  Worked with leading digital designers and internationally renowned technology partners to deliver complex ecommerce projects, digital activation, and campaigns.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Domain control – managed 400+ domains owned by the group.
  • Content management – oversaw the content managers tasks.
  • Team management – assisted the General Manager in managing the team and day to day troubleshooting and managing each individual’s targets & objectives.
