After its success in creating revenue streams in property & car listings, a partnership was created to add a (more lucrative) revenue stream via financing and insurance lead generation.
Multilingual contact center powered by a cloud based custom built application processing platform integrated to partner product information and service operations.
- Partner Management: Developed commercial partnerships with banks, insurance companies and other allied suppliers; establishing contracts, negotiating commission structures, understanding and mapping processes. Managed expectations between C-Suite cascading to front line teams.
- Software Development: Managed the software development lifecycle of the cloud based platform; working with business analysts and off-shore developers to ensure best-in-class security, functionality, and usability of the system.
- Contact Center Setup & Operations: Acquired call center software, oversaw hardware and connectivity setup, established processes, solved day to day operational issues and monitored results in the form of voice archive, call data, and business intelligence.
- People Management: Hired and trained a 5 person multi-lingual team of customer service agents by using the LinkedIn Recruiter tool and the services of an offsite HR consultant. Coached the team through pre-launch, launch and post launch phases; ensuring minimal teething issues and maximum adoption of good processes.
- Operational Control: Used reporting tools to monitor lead volumes and transactional pipelines; measuring against set financial targets and processing capacities. Led the daily team huddles and the weekly partner meetings.
